The Politics of Creativity is a framework of learning for RD&E leaders, regardless of position, designed to address the often “undiscussable” topics that prevent high performance. We work in four domains of inquiry, action and learning:
Pacing Productivity – understanding performance stressors and motivators Capitalizing on Failure – fostering a more innovative learning environment Managing Connections – better leveraging internal and external networks Paying the Price - acknowledging the risks and rewards of being “different”
We focus on helping leaders develop relationship capital and political skills, often over-looked attributes that have measurable impact on culture. When maximized, the impact on creativity, innovation and over-all performance is enhanced.
